Eli Cordero

Eli Cordero is the Building & Hospitality Manager at the El-Hibri Foundation (EHF), where he oversees the maintenance of the building and works closely with space grantees to ensure they have a warm and welcoming experience at the Foundation. Eli gained over 18 years of experience working with the top catering companies—managing operations, cooking, and serving at events from Congress to the Pentagon—before launching his own family-run catering business. He volunteers with his church to provide and deliver food and is driven by his desire to help the community, give back, and bring people joy by providing them with experiences of the highest quality.
